Ingredients

1 c
celery chopped
1 c
onion chopped
1/2 c
butter, room temperature
1 c
water

chicken bouillon cubes
1 c
apple juice
2 c
apples chopped
14 oz
herb stuffing mix
1 c
walnuts chopped

Step-By-Step

1In large skillet cook celery and onion in butter until tender
2Add water and bouillon cook until completely dissolved.
3In large bowl combine remaining ingredients, add celery mixture and mix well. Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
