uncle ben's long grain and wild rice
Cook rice as directed on package.
Cook sausage until well done. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of drippings.
Saute onion and mushrooms in the reserved drippings. When the onions and mushrooms are tender stir in the flour.
Stir the rice, onion mixture, and all remaining ingredients mix well.
Bake 425 degrees for 30 minutes
