Ingredients

2
eggs
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil

green onions and tops,chopped
3 c
cold cooked rice
1/4 lb
cooked baby shrimp
3 Tbsp
kikkoman soy sauce

Step-By-Step

1Blend egg and water set aside. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add green onions fry for 30 seconds. Add egg mixture, scramble. Stir rice in gently, add shrimp and soy sauce, cook, stirring until thoroughly heated through. Makes 6 servings.
