This recipe is for 4 people. It can be doubled very easy. Be sure to cook enough rice.

Ingredients

1 medium
potato cubed
1 medium
carrots, cubed
1 medium
onion diced
beef
one small steak would be just right
1 tsp
sesame seed
2 Tbsp
canola oil
1/8 tsp
accent seasoning
2 c
cooked rice

Step-By-Step

1Stir fry all above in 2 tablespoons oil until crisp. Halfway add pepper, and Accent ( about 1/8 teaspoon).
2Add the cooked rice to above mixture.
3Fry all together and add 1 teaspoon sesame seed
4Serve with sunny side egg on top. Makes a great breakfast or brunch! Serves 4.
