My Better Than Take-Out Fried Rice

This recipe is very versatile. You can add frozen peas or bean sprouts or even cooked meats. Make it your own!

2 c
cooked room temperature organic basmatti rice
green onions thinly sliced
organic free range omega eggs
2 Tbsp
coconut oil
1/4 can(s)
kikoman soy sauce
1 tsp
sesame seeds
1 tsp
garlic powder
a few shakes of pepper
a drizzel of sesame oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook rice according to rice cooker directions. allow to cool completely.

Heat oil in wok, crack eggs into a cup then pour into the wok. sprinkle in some garlic powder, salt and sesame seeds. fry until cooked.
Add in the rice stir-fry 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and onions. stir-fry another 5 minutes.
Add a drizzle of sesame oil and fry 2 more minutes.
serve when rice is hot throughout
