Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. oil
1 cup regular rice
2 tomatoes, chopped and peeled
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 can condensed beef bouillon
1/2 cup water

Directions Step-By-Step

Sauté onion and garlic in oil til soft in large skillet about 5 minutes.

Add rice and cook over high heat, stirring constantly til mixture turns golden brown. Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, bouillon and water.

. Bring to boil. Lower heat. Simmer covered 20 minutes or til all liquid has been absorbed. Serves 6
