Garlicy Jasmine Rice

It is really very versatile, you serve it with just about anything.

Ingredients

4 Tbsp
unsalted sweet cream butter
1 Tbsp
minced onion
2 c
jasmine rice
3 Tbsp
dried parsley flakes
4
garlic bouillon cubes , or 1 teaspoon garlic powder + 1 teaspoon sea salt3
3 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Heat a dutch oven over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the butter, rice onions and parsley.
Place the garlic bouillon cubes in the water and stir to dissolve.

2Stir fry the rice until about half the kernels take on a white appearance.

3Add the water to the rice, stir it well once, bring to a simmer, cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes undisturbed.

4Once the rice is done, stir it well, check for salt. Add more if needed.
