frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
In large frying pan or wok on medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Add the carrots & peas, onion and garlic and stir fry until onion is crisp tender.
Lower the heat to medium and push veggie's to one side and pour eggs and scramble. Add the rice and soy sauce and stir fry until heated through.
