This has such a great flavor to it! Quick and easy too! I made it the way the recipe called for, but you could put your favorite's in it!

Ingredients

3 c
cooked white rice
3 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 c
frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
1 small
onion, chopped
2 tsp
minced garlic
2
eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c
soy sauce

Step-By-Step

1In large frying pan or wok on medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Add the carrots & peas, onion and garlic and stir fry until onion is crisp tender.
2Lower the heat to medium and push veggie's to one side and pour eggs and scramble. Add the rice and soy sauce and stir fry until heated through.
