This is a very easy and tasty spanish rice!

Sevre with any mexi food you like; tacos, burrito's, taco meatloaves, etc.

Ingredients

(14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c
chicken stock
1 1/4 c
rice, long grain
1/2 medium
bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp
butter
2 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
1/2 to 1 tsp
cumin
salt to taste

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer covered for 25 minutes.

Serve with Cheesy Mini Taco Meatloaves and pinto's.
