Cilantro Infused Rice

Although white rice is not the healthiest, I have lots of it thanks to my local food distribution charity. And at present I need savings and attempt to save where possible. This recipe is only one way that I do that. It's a good way to be satisfied with little and can be enjoyed anytime of day.

Ingredients

4 c
cooked white rice
1/4 stick
unsalted butter
Dashes
water
1/4 tsp
cajun seasoning
Dash
minced garlic seasoning
Dash
paprika, sweet mild
10 sprig(s)
cilantro, fresh
Dash
ginger seasoning

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1On low heat melt butter in a dash of water into saucepan add minced fresh cilantro leaves & stems, simmer 5 minutes.

2Add cooked rice a spoonful, lift & lightly stir.
Add Cajon seasoning, only a heavy dash of paprika and only 1 dash of minced garlic seasoning to taste.
Gently incorporate seasonings thoroughly.
