1 1/3 c
1 1/3 c
minute rice
3 tsp
butter or oleo
egg, beaten
1/3 c
chopped onion
2-3 Tbsp
soy sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Bring 1c water to boil in a sauce pan, stir in rice. Remove from heat, cover let set 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook egg in butter in a 10" skillet until set. Add onion and rice cook and stir over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly brown, about 5 minutes. Combine remaining water and soy sauce stir into rice. Serves about 4.
