A new twist on Mashed Potatoes. Goes great with Italian Dishes

Ingredients

8
large baker potatoes, peeled, cubed, cooked and drained
1/2 c
sour cream
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
butter, softened
1/2 c
milk
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Step-By-Step

1Place hot potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Beat potatoes with electric mixer until smooth. Add all ingredients and continue beating until thoroughly mixed. Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
