Yummy Balls from leftover potatoes
These potato, parmesan, onion, corn balls were a wonderful way to use leftover potatoes.

- leftover corn on the cob, de-cobbed
- 1 large
- 1/4 c
- diced onion
- 2/3 tsp
- garlic powder
- seasoned bread crumbs
