This is a variation of the traditional mashed potatoes, is completely made in heat. I've never seen before mashed potatoes in this style, so I think are unique. I liked, so different and good. Enjoy this side. :D

Ingredients For "wok mashed potatoes"

  • 3
    pre cooked potatoes in dice
  • 2 oz
    small dice onion
  • 2 oz
    small dice green bell pepper
  • 1
    piece of garlic chopped
  • 3 oz
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    rosemary
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch
    paprika
  • 1 pinch
    cayenne pepper
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How To Make "wok mashed potatoes"

    In a hot wok add olive oil and the potatoes, move the potatoes constantly until begin to break. Add the onions, peppers, garlic, salt and pepper in constantly moving (when you cook in a wok you never stop move the food and cook in hi fire). Start to mash the potatos in the wok and add the rosemary, italian seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper and the butter, mix and complete the potato mashed. Diferent and so easy to make.
