1/2 cwhipping cream, whipped
How To Make volcano potatoes

1Pare potatoes. Cook, drain, and mash. Season with salt and pepper Whip potatoes with enough hot milk to make light and fluffy

2Pile into greased 8 inch round baking dish, mounding into volcano shape. Make a crater in the center.

3Fold cheese into whipped whipping cream and pour over top. Bake at 350 F about 20 minutes, or till lightly browned.
