Ingredients

4 / 5 medium
potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c
hot milk
1/2 c
shredded sharp process cheese
1/2 c
whipping cream, whipped

Step-By-Step

1Pare potatoes.
Cook, drain, and mash.
Season with salt and pepper
Whip potatoes with enough hot milk to make light and fluffy
2Pile into greased 8 inch round baking dish, mounding into volcano shape.
Make a crater in the center.
3Fold cheese into whipped whipping cream and pour over top.
Bake at 350 F about 20 minutes, or till lightly browned.
