|1 large||baking potato|
|olive oil, salt and pepper|
Scrub potato, cut into wedges.
Soak potato slices in hot water for 10 minutes or cold water for 1 hour.
Pat potatos dry. Lightly oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. You can use spray oil too!
Preheat over to 475 degrees. Cover fries with foil and bake for 5 minutes.
Uncover and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Turn potatos over and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
