Ingredients

tsp
butter, softened
pinch
salt and pepper
pinch
parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat Oven to 350 .Get 6 or more Idaho baking potatoes baking potatoes.. Clean potato skins. Tear off Aluminum foil pieces for each potato and set the potatoes on them. Then, slice open part way.

Put butter in the middle along with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese (I use Kraft)(I like Morton's Seasoning). Then close up potatoes. Then, wrap the potatoes in the Aluminum foil pieces and put them in pan lined with Aluminum foil or on the oven top rack.(Pan is better the butter melts and could make a mess in oven)

Bake 1 hour or until tender. When ready to eat open carefully and put them on the plate. Add sour cream and add anything you want. They are tender. Husband loves them.
