Ingredients For taco taters

  • 6 md
    potaoes, peeled
  • boiling salted water
  • butter
  • 1 env
    taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 6 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c
    ritz crackers, finely crushed

How To Make taco taters

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Cut potatoes into 1/4" slices. Cook 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain & arrange in a generously buttered 2 qt shallow baking dish.

    In medium bowl, add taco seasoning, milk & sour cream; beat with hand mixer. Fold in bacon crumbles & pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese & cracker crumbs.

    Bake, uncovered, 35 - 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender & top is browned.
