Ingredients For taco taters

6 mdpotaoes, peeled

boiling salted water
-
butter
-
1 envtaco seasoning mix

3/4 cmilk
-
1 csour cream
-
6 slicebacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
-
1/3 critz crackers, finely crushed
How To Make taco taters

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Cut potatoes into 1/4" slices. Cook 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain & arrange in a generously buttered 2 qt shallow baking dish.

3In medium bowl, add taco seasoning, milk & sour cream; beat with hand mixer. Fold in bacon crumbles & pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese & cracker crumbs.

4Bake, uncovered, 35 - 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender & top is browned.
