Sweetpotato Casserole

With Thanksgiving coming up I though I would post an old recipe I am sure everyone has, but if not here goes.

Ingredients

2 c
mashed sweetpotatoes, i use canned sometimes
2
eggs
3/4 c
brown sugar
3/4 stick
butter
1 c
milk
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1/2 tsp
cimmamon
1 tsp
vanilla

TOPPING

3/4 c
coconut
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1/2 c
brown sugar
3/4 stick
butter, melted
1 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1Mix together all the ingredients listed before the Topping list and put into a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees

2Topping: melt butter in sauce pan and add the rest of the ingredients for the topping. Mix well.

3Remove casserole from oven after 20 minutes and spread on the topping mixture and return to oven for 10 minutes longer.

4If I used canned sweetpotatoes, I drain them very well.
