Sweet Potato Streusel Casserole

brown sugar, firmly packed
pecans, finely chopped
Bake potatoes until tender; split, then scoop pulp into large bowl, discarding skins.
Melt 1/4 cup butter and beat into potatoes.
Beat in eggs, milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar, bourbon, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; spread into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart broiler safe casserole.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, oats and flour in a small bowl.
Cut in remaining 1/4 cup butter until mixture is size of peas; stir in pecans and sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
TIP: For crisper topping, broil 4-5 inches from heat for 3 minutes or until browned.
