3/4 c
pineapple juice

mashed sweet potatoes or
2 can(s)
pumpkin or squash

egg
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
crushed pecans
1/2 c
chopped dates and apricots or
1/2 c
crushed freeze dried fruit

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first five ingredients, using pumpkin, sweet potatoes or squash. Bake on 350 for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans and crushed freeze dried fruit.
