Ingredients For sweet potato fries w/ 3 dips

  • FRIES:
  • 4 lg
    sweet potatoes (about 2 lbs)
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 x lg
    egg
  • 1 pkg
    shake 'n bake extra crispy seasoned coating mix
  • GARLICY DIP:
  • 1 head
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • A SLIGHT KICK DIP:
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • SWEET DIP:
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 c
    dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make sweet potato fries w/ 3 dips

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    IF YOU ARE MAKING THE GARLICY DIP: Cut 1/4" slice from the top of garlic head. Place garlic, cut side up, on foil; drizzle with oil, then wrap in foil.

    FRIES: Cover 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil; drizzle with 4 tbsp oil. Peel potatoes; cut lengthwise into thin fries.

    Bake potatoes & garlic 30 - 40 minutes, turning potatoes every 10 minutes, until potatoes are crisp & golden brown.

    GARLICY DIP: Unwrap garlic head & squeese cloves into a small bowl. Add mayo & stir to combine. Serve with fries.

    A SLIGHT KICK DIP: In a small bowl with mayo, stir in cayenne; mix to combine. Serve with fries.

    SWEET DIP: In a medium bowl with mayo, add cinnamon, sugar & syrup; mix to combine. Serve with fries.
