- FRIES:

4 lgsweet potatoes (about 2 lbs)

4 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 pkgshake 'n bake extra crispy seasoned coating mix
- GARLICY DIP:

1 headgarlic

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 cmayonnaise
- A SLIGHT KICK DIP:

1/8 tspcayenne pepper
-
1/2 cmayonnaise
- SWEET DIP:
-
1/2 tspcinnamon, ground

1/4 cdark brown sugar, firmly packed
-
1 Tbsppure maple syrup

1/2 cmayonnaise
How To Make sweet potato fries w/ 3 dips

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2IF YOU ARE MAKING THE GARLICY DIP: Cut 1/4" slice from the top of garlic head. Place garlic, cut side up, on foil; drizzle with oil, then wrap in foil.

3FRIES: Cover 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil; drizzle with 4 tbsp oil. Peel potatoes; cut lengthwise into thin fries.

4Bake potatoes & garlic 30 - 40 minutes, turning potatoes every 10 minutes, until potatoes are crisp & golden brown.

5GARLICY DIP: Unwrap garlic head & squeese cloves into a small bowl. Add mayo & stir to combine. Serve with fries.

6A SLIGHT KICK DIP: In a small bowl with mayo, stir in cayenne; mix to combine. Serve with fries.

7SWEET DIP: In a medium bowl with mayo, add cinnamon, sugar & syrup; mix to combine. Serve with fries.
