Thanksgiving would not be Thanksgiving if Aunt Lucy Ann did not bring the Sweet Potato Casserole.

Ingredients

CASSEROLE

3 c
fresh sweet potatoes, cooked (baked or boiled)
1/4 c
margarine, melted
1 c
granulated sugar
3
eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp
vanilla
1/2 c
milk

TOPPING

1/2 c
pecan pieces
1/4 stick
margarine
1/3 c
flour
1/2 c
coconut
1 c
brown sugar

Step-By-Step

1Mix all casserole ingredients together with mixer and pour into greased casserole.
2Topping
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of casserole.
3Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
4HINT: You may substitute 1 large can of drained sweet potatoes for fresh.
