My kids never wanted to eat this when they were growing up, but of course they never would taste it either. One day one of them dared the others to taste it, they did and from that day on they ALL love it and asked for it every holiday. Kids can be soooo funny!

Ingredients For sweet potato casserole

3 c.cooked mashed sweet potatoes ( the orange ones )

1 c.sugar
-
2eggs
-
1 tsp.vanilla
-
1/2 c.milk
-
1/2 c.real butter, not marg.
How To Make sweet potato casserole

1Mix all till fluffy. Put in a 9x12" dish. Mix 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. flour, 1/3 c. soft REAL butter, & 1/2 c. chopped pecans. Put this on the top and bake. Bake 350 for 30 mins.
