This recipe is my Husbands Aunt Nora's. I started making it myself a couple of years ago & now it is requested at thanksgiving and Christmas. While I don't have a picture right now, I will be sure & post one later.

Ingredients

1 lg can(s)
sweet potatoes
1/2 c
margarine
2
eggs (beaten)
1/3 c
canned milk
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla

TOPPING

1 c
brown sugar (packed)
1/4 c
flour
1/3 c
margarine
1 c
pecans (chopped)

Directions Step-By-Step

Pre Heat oven to 350°

Drain and Mash Sweet Potatoes

add 1/2 cup margarine, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Mix Well & pour into a 9x12 in glass pan. (Spray well with cooking spray)

In med bowl, mix brown sugar and flour. Add softened margarine untill crumbly.

Add pecans and mix until well blended. Spread Evenly over Sweet Potatoe mixture.

Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
