This recipe is my Husbands Aunt Nora's. I started making it myself a couple of years ago & now it is requested at thanksgiving and Christmas. While I don't have a picture right now, I will be sure & post one later.

Ingredients

1 lg can(s)
sweet potatoes
1/2 c
margarine
2
eggs (beaten)
1/3 c
canned milk
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla

TOPPING

1 c
brown sugar (packed)
1/4 c
flour
1/3 c
margarine
1 c
pecans (chopped)

Step-By-Step

1Pre Heat oven to 350°
2Drain and Mash Sweet Potatoes
3add 1/2 cup margarine, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Mix Well & pour into a 9x12 in glass pan. (Spray well with cooking spray)
4In med bowl, mix brown sugar and flour. Add softened margarine untill crumbly.
5Add pecans and mix until well blended. Spread Evenly over Sweet Potatoe mixture.
6Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
