A super quick and delicious meal. If you cook the potato in the microwave, it will be done by the time the steak is. This would also be delicious with mushrooms added.

Ingredients For steak and potato boat

2 lbthin sliced sirloin

1sweet onion, sliced
-
1 tspea. of granulated garlic, granulated onion, cumin, chili powder and black pepper

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspa-1 sauce
-
1 1/2 cwater
-
2 Tbspcorn starch
-
4baked potatoes
How To Make steak and potato boat

1Cut steak into bite size pieces. Slice onion, place both in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and season with spices.

2Place in hot skillet and cook for about 10-15 min. Steak should make it's own broth, if not add about 1/2 c. of water. Once done, mix together 1 c. of COLD water and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix well to remove lumps. Add to skillet and stir till thickened. -
3Serve over buttered baked potato.
