Cut steak into bite size pieces. Slice onion, place both in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and season with spices.
Place in hot skillet and cook for about 10-15 min. Steak should make it's own broth, if not add about 1/2 c. of water. Once done, mix together 1 c. of COLD water and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix well to remove lumps. Add to skillet and stir till thickened.
