Well my husband and I loved this recipe!!...I am glad i took the time to brown the chops first. Adding carrots and a sliced onion to the pan after browning the chops helped to lift up the bits on the bottom of the pan and add a little more flavor to the recipe. I am not a fan of cream of chicken soup, so i went with cream of mushroom. Will be making again!

I am making this recipe tomorrow for my husband and myself. The only things I will be doing differently are the following, will season the chops with s&p, brown them on both in a skillet first, brown the potatoes a little, add onions and carrots, and finally I will use mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken. Will let you know how it turns out....Annie

I made this today for dinner. I was so excited to try it, because it was super easy to make and I wanted dinner done by the time the hubby got home because I had a meeting to attend to around dinner time. Well, When I got home, I excitingly asked how dinner was, and all I got was, try it first. So I did. It was disgusting. I couldn't even swallow the bite I took. My husband was relieved that I agreed. My 14 year old daughter hated it too. I do not understand why this got such great reviews. I will not try this again. I followed the recipe exactly and made no changes.

Made this for dinner and it was excellent. Two very picky eaters raved about it! Will make it again and again and try chicken instead of pork. You must try this...............
