1Spray 9x13 pan with non stick spray. If using fresh hash browns, peel potatoes and grate until pan is 1/2-2/3 full. If using frozen, completely thaw and drain all water before placing in the baking pan. Cover potatoes with cream, salt and pepper. Bake 225* for 2-3 hours.
2You will be so surprised, most folks think it is a rice dish. So addictingly good. My sister swears by the fresh potatoes, but I haven't ventured that far yet, I just use frozen.
