Simple, Perfect Mashed Potatoes

- raw potatoes, peeled and cut up
- 1/2 c
- 1/3 c
- 2% or whole milk
- 1/2 tsp
1Place potatoes in a large pot of Dutch oven. Fill with water about 2-inches above potatoes and boil until soft, about 25 minutes. Drain well. Return potatoes to pot.
2Add remaining ingredients and beat with medium speed of an electric mixer until potatoes reach desired level of consistency.
