Ingredients

2 lb
frozen hash brown potatoes
16 oz
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 c
pepper jack cheese
1/2 c
butter
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
black pepper
1/2 c
buttery cracker crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs; spoon into a lightly greased 13x9x2" baking dish.

2Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over top of potato mixture.

3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
