I love scalloped potatoes. I always seem to have them at Easter. I should definitely make them more often. :)

Ingredients

4 lb
potatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp
minced onion
1
green pepper, chopped
2 can(s)
cream of celery soup
8 oz
package cream cheese
1 1/2 c
half-and-half
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 lb
bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled

Directions Step-By-Step

Stir together potatoes, onion and green pepper. Heat soup, cream cheese, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Mix with potato mixture and place all in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. About 15 minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle with bacon bits over top and return to oven.
