This is by far my favorite sweet potatoes recipe. Just threw them in the pan and a few minutes later....delicious!! I added to the name on 10/30/11. I made these with carrots and now in love with them too!!!

How To Make savory sweet potatoes or carrots

Put peeled and med. size dice potatoes in skillet with olive oil and spices. Cover, cook over med. low heat for about 10-15 min. stirring several times. Add 1/2 of a red onion sliced, cook covered about 5 more min.
