Ingredients For saute pork balls and cilantro potatoes

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 3 Tbsp
    cilantro paste, divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    polaner chopped garlic
  • 2 slice
    day old bread
  • 6
    squares of saute express savory butter & olive oil(seasoned butter)and add 1/3 cup of water
  • 1
    red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/3 c
    onion,diced
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 1/2 lb
    fingerlingers potatoes, chopped with peeling on
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream, fat-free

How To Make saute pork balls and cilantro potatoes

    In a bowl add the ground pork, two tablespoonfuls of the cilantro paste. Add the gralic and crumble your day old bread into the bowl. Knead together with hands. Roll pork into 24 balls.

    On medium-low heat melt the seasoned butter. Add the pork balls, and cook 10 minutes, browning on all sides. Add the red pepper, jalapeno pepper, onion, and the potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Add the water!

    Cook 35 minutes or until potatoes or tender. Add the last tablespoonful of cilantro paste and the sour cream. Simmer 10 minutes.
