- red new potatoes, peeled and diced
- italian style sausages, cut into 1/4' cubes
- diced onion
- bell pepper, julienned
- red pepper, julienned
1In sauce pan, cover potatoes and sausage with water; simmer, covered, until sausage is fully cooked, about 20 minutes.
2Drain off water; add vegetables to potatoes and sausage in fry pan.
3Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve immediately.
