Ingredients

potatoes, cut in halves
1/4 c
olive oil
1 Tbsp
oregano, dried
1 large
lemon, fresh squeezed
1 sprig(s)
chives, fresh and chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1wash and cut potato into 4 wedges, each
2in a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chives
and toss potatoes in a coat well.
3on a cookie spread them out, bake at 350 degrees about 40-45 mins...or until tender and browned.
4garnish with chopped fresh chives.
