1 tsponion powder

1 tspgarlic powder

2 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

1/4 cparmesan cheese

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

1/2 stickbutter, melted

2 1/2 lbred potatoes, cut into 1" wedges
How To Make roasted potato wedges

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, combine paprika, powders, salt, pepper & cheese; mix well. Add oil & butter; mix to combine. Add potaotes; toss to coat. Place on a rimmed baking sheet in single layer. Roast 30 - 35 minutes.

3Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees F. Roast until potatoes are cooked through & lightly browned, another 15 minutes.
