"RED FLANNEL HASH" or "RUBY RED HASH" farm style
Nancy J. Patrykus
Otherswise known as."REd FLANNEL HASH" when all ingredients are ground together. Like in a can.
I like both..But I had leftover Corned Beef I cooked last week.
So naturally I believe in
"WASTE NOT-WANT NOT"
I am a child of the big deppession in the 30's...!..HA.
I mixed all the ingredients..and froze packages..for when ever...I have a taste. HA! Yummy!!
O.K. I so I also save rubber bands, mayonnaise jars...etc.
I can't help myself!...LOL
Pleae enjoy this simple dish with a couple eggs plopped on top.
Peel and cut into small squares.
Open a can of beets..and dice
Cut the left over corned beef, that was cooked last week... and dice.
Put in freezer bags and freeze. .
Save for another day.
Grandma called them "RUBY HASH" and she
diced all the ingredients.
We know them as "RED FLANNEL HASH" and are
usually ground up...like in a can......
Either way...they are both ...YUMMY!!YUMMY!!
