Great casserole with everything.and is pretty good alone with cornbread.

Ingredients

5 lb
red potatoes
1 large
red onion
2 can(s)
cream mushroom soup
1 can(s)
milk, use the soup can
1 box
mexican velveeta cheese ( med. box)
1 stick
butter
salt/pepper/garlic

Directions Step-By-Step

Peel potatoes and boil with all the onion till med soft.And drain well.
Place in a 11x14 pan.
Heat the 2 cans soup with 1 can of milk and 1 stick butter.
Pour soup mixture over potatoes, season with salt, pepper, garlic.
Cut veveeta in cubes and place over potatoes.
Bake 350 for 45 min.
