Ingredients For raw potato dumplings

2 ccooked riced potatoes

2 cuncooked grated potatoes

2 lgeggs, beaten

1 smonion, minced
-
parsley, fresh, chopped, to taste

3/4 cflour
-
1 Tbspbaking powder
-
1 Tbspsalt
-
1/4 cbutter
-
1/2 ctoasted bread crumbs
How To Make raw potato dumplings

1Blend potaotes, eggs, onion & parsley. Stir in flour sifted with baking powder & salt; add more flour if needed.

2Drop by Tbsp into boiling salted water. Cook, covered, for 10 - 12 minutes; lift from water.

3Place in serving dish; top with butter & bread crumbs.
