My mother and her sisters used to make this dish quite often.My grandparents came from Croatia. My grown children love this dish.

Ingredients

2 lb
red potatoes
1 can(s)
beets
1 medium
onion
olive oil, extra virgin
apple cider vinegar

Step-By-Step

1Boil potatoes with skins on. When tender let cool. Peel and slice as for frying.
2Drain beets and add to potatoes.
3Dice onion and add. Season with salt and pepper. Add oil and vinegar to taste. Stir. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
