These Potatoes are Irrestable and Beautiful to Look at. I have a friend who makes these regularily and Got this recipe from Her. These are something different for Potatoes. . .just toss and roast.
These are Very Flavorful. Soo Good!
We enjoy them occasionally.
They go great with almost any meal.

Ingredients

5 lg
red potatoes cut into wedges or new potatoes
2-4 Tbs
oil (i use olive)
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
ceyenne pdr
1/4 tsp
tumeric
1/4 tsp
paprika
1/2 tsp
onion pdr
1/2 tsp
cumin pdr
1/2 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1PREHEAT OVEN @ 375
Wash, and toss on paper towel to remove excess water. Then cut taters into wedges.

2Toss in olive oil to coat evenly.

3Sprinkle seasonings over the potatoes and toss again well.

4Spread Potatoes out evenly onto a Parchment lined baking sheet.

5Bake @ 375 for 30 min or until potatoes are Fork tender.
Enjoy.
