Ingredients For potatoes

    baking potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 5 Tbsp
    bread crumbs
  • 5 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    water
  • 2 pinch
    garlic powder
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley

How To Make potatoes

    Preheat ove to 400 degrees, spray baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray, set aside
  • 2
    Cut each potato in half length wise. Cute each half in 1/4 inch think slices, keep slices together.

    Use a spatula, place each potato halof of prepared baking sheet.Press with fingers to fan slices.

    In a bowl, combine butter, oil, garlic, pepper and parsley. Mix well brush over potatoes evenly. Bake for 30 min.

    In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan and water. Mix well. Sprinkly evenly over potatoes. Bake until browned and tender , about 10- 15 minutes
