Potato Pancakes

These are so easy to make and they tasted great. My family likes them for dinner with pork chops and apple sauce, but we have also had them for breakfast with sausage links and, of course, with apple sauce.

Ingredients

3 large
potatoes
1 large
omion
1 large
egg
1 1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
3 Tbsp
all purpose flour
2-3 Tbsp
oil for frying

Step-By-Step

1Using a food possessor with the grating disk, grate the onion and potatoes.
2Put the grated onion and potatoes into a bowl.
3Add egg, baking powder, flour salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix until well blended.
4Fry in frying pan on medium high heat turning when browned, about 3 minutes per side.
5Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top and a side of apple sauce.
