This is my version on twiced backed potato casserole. We did twiced baked potato's one time. It took so much time I decided on this. It is only 3 ingredients besides the potato s&p. Simply has caught the hearts of some of the teens..they all ask me to make it and I see tons of recipes similar so I decided to share before I look like a copy cat. I have been using this for around 8 years.It's so fast and easy.ty

pinch tips: How to Peel Potatoes

sour cream
12 oz
sharp chedder cheese grated a small bag and 1/2
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Peal and cut the whole bag into cubes like you would to make potato salad. Boil with 1 tbs. salt until tender. Drain and Stir all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper.If you do not taste test, then use another tbs salt. 1/2 tsp pepper, put into caserole dishes or one big dish.

Add as much cheese as you like to cover top. Shake a little s&p over the cheese. Cook 350 for 30 minutes. Take 3 minutes on broil to make extra brown and crispy cheese. Only 3 minutes. This will burn so fast. Do not walk off when on broil. This has been a hit with none to ever get thrown away. It heats up even better as leftovers.
