2 lgeggs, separated

1 cmilk, hot

3 dropstabsaco sauce

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspdry mustard

1/8 tspwhite pepper

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make potato souffle

1Drain potatoes; whip or rice thoroughly. Beat in remaining ingredients except egg whites & cheese; mix well.

2Add cheese; beat until cheese melts. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in egg whites; turn mixture into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.

3Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
