This recipes is a make over but not a make over in taste.. You can have all the greatness of a potato casserole without all the fat and calories.. Great for left over breakfast has browns..

Ingredients

1
bag frozen hash browns
2 c
fat free sour cream
1 clove
low sodium fat free mushroom soup
1 c
2% milk
8 oz
low-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 c
green onions
1/2 tsp
salt and pepper
3/4 c
crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp
unsalted, melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Preheated oven to 400 F.
2Stir together hash browns , sour cream, mushroom soup, milk, cheese, onions and salt and pepper.
3Pour mixture into 9x13 lightly sprayed casserole dish.
4Top with crushed corn flakes.
5Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30 minutes.
