Wash potatoes,but don't peel. peel and seed butternut squash. Slice potatoes and squash into 1/2-inch thick strips.
Blot dry with paper towel's. toss potatoes and squash in a bowl with oil until well coated. Sprinkle with paprika.
Spread on baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Toss with parmasen cheese
NOTE: you might cook the sweet potatoes and squash on a seprate pan than the regular potatoes because they don,t take as long to cook.
