My son named this potato salad, he says the only problem is there is NEVER enough.
My kids will make this their meal.

Ingredients

3 lb
red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into bite size pieces
3
eggs, boiled
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1/3 c
mayonnaise
1/3 c
miracle whip
1 jar(s)
dill pickle spears, chopped
3
celery ribs, diced
1 small
red onion, diced
2 Tbsp
gulden's brown mustard
2 Tbsp
dill pickle juice, from the pickle spears
1 Tbsp
dill seeds
1 Tbsp
parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

In large stock pot add potatoes, eggs, and salt to cold water. Bring to a boil and let boil about 15 minutes until potatoes are done. When potatoes are done drain water. Peel and dice the eggs.

In a large mixing bowl mix the remaining ingredients(except salt and pepper to taste). After potatoes and eggs are done stir diced eggs into mixture. The add the potatoes stir the mixture up from the bottom to cover the potatoes but not mashing them. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.
