I made up this recipe for the fair several years ago and it is always a big hit.

Ingredients For neshoba county fair potatoes

4 mdbaking potatoes

1 stickmargarine
-
1 pkggood seasons italian salad dressing mix

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

garlic powder
How To Make neshoba county fair potatoes

1Melt butter and put in 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle italian dressing mix over butter, then sprinkle parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste.

2Wash potatoes and slice length wise and place on top of butter mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Great side with steaks or grilled chicken.
